Membership

Full membership of Mel’s Milers costs £38 annually (1st or 2nd claim) and runs from 1st April each year. New members may join at other times throughout the year with a reduction after 1st January.

The membership fee includes Individual Member Registration with England Athletics as a competing member. Confirmation will be sent to each member by England Athletics, and provides insurance cover and affiliation to UK Athletics, giving reduced race entry fees for many races.

If membership of England Athletics is not desired then Membership of Mel’s Milers alone is £15 for the year.

All members benefit from an arrangement with Bluecoat Sports at Christs Hospital, allowing them to use it as a running base with use of the car park, changing, showering and cafe facilities on any day of the week.

Additionally members will receive discounts on purchases at ‘Up and Running’ and ‘Runners Need’ in Horsham. Details given on joining/request.
